The Old Saybrook/Mystic Chapter of SCORE

SCORE® is a nonprofit association dedicated to the success of small business in America. For free and confidential advice about starting your own business or advice [to owners of small businesses] about growing an existing business, contact SCORE®. Your Southeastern Connecticut group of SCORE® volunteers are working or retired business owners, executives and managers who can offer a wealth of information and insights on a wide variety of business problems. Connecticut Policy and Economic Council

See how our town rates! CPEC focuses on state and local government. The Council collects a wide range of data on a continuing basis to enable our members, government officials and the general public to better measure the performance of government. Small Business Administration

The U.S. Small Business Administration (SBA) was created by Congress in 1953 to help America's entrepreneurs form successful small enterprises. Today, SBA's program offices in every state offer financing, training and advocacy for small firms. Connecticut Economic Resource Center, Inc

CERC was founded in 1992 and established in its present home in Rocky Hill, Connecticut in 1993. CERC is recognized across

the state as a central part of the state's economic development efforts. We are a private organization marketing Connecticut as a prime business location. CERC acts as a comprehensive source of state economic and business information, as well as the one-stop gateway to the state's resources and services for business. Connecticut Business and Industry Association

CBIA is the largest statewide business organization in the United States, comprising more than 10,000 companies. As a CBIA member, you have a partnership with an experienced and trusted business association. We have more than 100 professional and service people on staff, and are affiliated with scores of independent experts from private industry. You can also tap into CBIA's unique experience in state government, employee group health insurance, manufacturing, safety, human resources, environmental management and international trade.
